These dream enhancing masks are filled with a blend of herbs and flowers that are shown to aid in relaxation, lucid dreaming and dream recall.

Chamomile and lavender are calming allies in dealing with insomnia and anxiety. Mugwort has been used for centuries by healers to produce vivid, insightful dreams and is known as tool for cleansing and clearing negative energy.

Wear the dream mask or simply keep it by the side of your bed. You may notice a change in your sleep or dreams the first or second night.

Fill: 100% Organic Mugwort, Rose Petals, Lavender, Chamomile and Flax
